ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – Orange County Mayor Richard T. Crotty and District 6 Commissioner Tiffany Moore Russell will join the Orange County Parks and Recreation Division in celebrating the groundbreaking for Barnett Parks Gymnasium and Splash Pad.  The event will take place on Tuesday, July 28 at 2:00 p.m. 

Chris Johnson of the Tennessee Titians will be on hand to take part in the festivities.    Construction is already underway at the site and the facilities are expected to be completed by the summer of 2010.
