The P2 Team offers a free site assessment that will help you inventory your energy, water, and waste. Following the assessment, you will get a report of Green Opportunities that will help you save money while reducing pollution and waste. Participants who implement Green changes will receive a personalized certificate as evidence of their Green commitment.

HOAs and Condo Associations
HOAs and Condo Associations! Demonstrate money-saving Green practices and products for your residents at your clubhouse or other shared community spaces.
With a free site assessment and a report of Green Opportunities from the P2 Program, your facility can demonstrate Green ideas for your residents while your association saves money! Subsidies and Incentives
Weatherization and Energy Efficiency
Orange County Housing and Community Development assists assist low income residents, families who are disabled, elderly, or who have small children with minor repairs to help reduce high utility costs. Qualified homes are inspected and low cost repairs are installed to ensure energy efficiency. These repairs include weather-stripping, caulking, replacing windows, doors, heating/cooling units and other minor repairs.
Toilet Replacement Voucher Incentive Program
The Toilet Replacement Voucher Incentive Program offers up to $100 per toilet to replace existing high-flow toilets with ultra-low-flow toilet (ULFT) models. Vouchers are limited and will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis.
Solar Hot Water Incentive Program
The Solar Hot Water Incentive Program program is intended to encourage the installation of new solar water heating systems on Orange County residential and commercial buildings by offering an incentive of $200
