On February 5, 2008 the Orange County Board of County Commissioners (BCC) approved a TOD ordinance (PDF - 1.6 MB) creating a Transit Oriented Development Overlay Zone for the County to promote transit oriented development and redevelopment at the Sand Lake Road (Image - 876 KB) and Meadow Woods (Image - 857 KB) station sites.  The BCC presentation (PDF - 1.4 MB) outlines TOD considerations for the County.
